Lined Box Bag – Saturday 16th September – afternoon

In this half day class we’ll make a fully lined box bag complete with handle. These make great storage bags for just about anything or wonderful project bags. It can be made from just two fat quarters, a great opportunity to make good use of some precious hoarded fabric. This bag also looks fantastic (and extremely fancy) when an 18” orphan quilt block is used for the exterior. We’ll use an relatively easy way to insert a zip with fantastic professional results. There are a few fiddly bits but they contribute to a really well made looking bag. Once you know how to make these you can make multiples with ease!

Bring your sewing machine, cut out fabric (exact amounts and dimensions will be sent with your order confirmation) and basic sewing kit. Sewing machines are available on request.
