Japanese Knot Bag
Saturday 11th February – Afternoon 2pm-4:30pm
Tutor – Catriona Brown
In this half day class we’ll make a reversible Japanese Knot bag in the bucket bag style. These make great storage/project bags for just about anything, especially knitting or crochet. The handle can be looped over your wrist making it possible to knit or crochet easily on the go. It has a circular base, and a small zip pocket inserted into one of the sides. Both of these features are easy to do when you know how but are good skills to learn! The bag can be made from just two fat quarters, a great opportunity to make good use of some precious hoarded fabric.
Bring your sewing machine, fabric (exact amounts will be sent with your order confirmation) and basic sewing kit. Sewing machines are available on request.
Sewing machine experience is necessary.
